OTHERS

  • Interrail – "Pass": It is worthwhile for frequent use of boats/ferries or a combination of train/boat.
  • Baggagement – they pick up your luggage at the port, airport, or anywhere else and transport it wherever you need – useful if you have a day in Athens and nowhere to leave your luggage, but need to transport it somewhere
  • Left Luggage Office (Athens, Europe): Radical Storage, there is also an app. In Athens, it sometimes happens that a storage facility is closed without notice, but there is usually another one nearby. My favorite is in the El Greco restaurant, Kavalloti 8—for some mysterious reason, the app calls it Filopappou Hill, but it's a nice taverna not far from the Acropolis—and you can also stop there for breakfast. Near Monastiraki, there is a luggage storage facility in the "atensotel" at Agias Eleousis 8.
